Grievance Redressal

The Grievance Redressal Committee ensures that all student grievances are addressed promptly and fairly in a transparent manner.

Grievance Submission Procedure

1. Student can submit grievance in writing to the Grievance Box placed in the college office.
2. Grievances can also be emailed to: grievance@govtbscnursing.edu.in
3. The committee will acknowledge the grievance within 3 working days.
4. An inquiry will be conducted within 15 days of receiving the grievance.
5. The committee will resolve the grievance within 30 days.
6. Decision communicated to the student in writing.
